You barely had time to get ready.
How the hell could you get all dressed up knowing they were wandering the streets?
You ran as fast as your feet could take you even though you were running blindly. You called their names, shoved through crowds, jogged through alleyways...but they seemed to vanish.
“I've been in contact with Mike about the whole situation. Hanji said that we had to return as soon as we grew in size or else our presence will warp the past and the future.” Erwin didn't even dare to look back at Levi, as if he didn't have that nagging feeling of guilt that urged him to return to {Name}.
It pissed Levi off, really.
He knew Erwin would block his emotions, especially when it came to work...but using someone that was kind like this. It was damn wrong.
“Tch. Hanji should have done this shit, not us.” Then he wouldn't have to use {Name} for the benefit of knowing the future and science. “This whole time here we didn't learn one thing about how humanity won against titans. It's like all that shit never happened.”
Erwin didn't respond to the raven-haired male. His mind was to busy racing with what he needed to do..and He needed for himself and definitely Humanity's Strongest to return back to their time so that this modern world could come true and humanity's existence would remain.
That was the reason they traveled to this world with cars and skyscrapers and phones that made Levi want to bash his head into a wall. They needed to research how humanity survived...but the machine backfired and shrunk them in size when they traveled. The only way to be cured? Be fed well and cared for and they would grow in size over night.
Ever since Hanji was able to detect humanity's existence years and years after her time, she had to figure out how titans were defeated so that peace could wash over mankind earlier that it was supposed to.
Unfortunately, they couldn't find any evidence that their time even existed so it was all for nothing. Hurting you was for nothing at all.
His fist clenched, lip twitching at that thought. You did a lot for him when you didn't have to...and this was how he was repaying you.
“Levi! Erwin! Where are you?!”
He turned his head, neck stretching as his eyes scanned all around for your visage. Erwin was surprised by those actions. Levi was looking for you...and Levi never got attached easily..so what was he doing..?
Was he..attached to you?
In love?
No, Levi wouldn't put his feelings before work. He wasn't like that. Erwin knew Levi would feel guilty but he wouldn't put everything in jeopardy for that. And He was right. Levi gulped and turned to look straight ahead of him...ignoring your calls.
“Please! Guys!” It was a blind effort. What if...they were never coming back? They just left you forever.
A flow of emotion washed over you at that realization.
No more cute little doll house cups in their small hands...No more snuggling at night...No more cleaning sessions...or trips to the supermarket even though people looked at you strangely as 'The Weird Doll Girl'.
A warm tear rolled down the youthful skin of your cheek. Hell, you loved him. Levi. It confused you because you didn't know if it was from friendship or love.
You didn't get to be with him longer so you could distinguish the difference. Now that he was a man, you looked at him in a new light...You wanted to kiss him but not on the cheek anymore. You yearned to feel his skin against yours during your sleep...to feel his arms wrap you up and squeeze away your worries of the day.
You wanted to complain about his cleaning sprees so you could see annoyance lace his features. You wanted to rest your head on his shoulder while watching weird shows on the couch...Hell, what were you doing?
Crying over this....You were raised better!
If you wanted something, you needed to be strong and accomplish it yourself! Crying would not put his fingers between yours...
If you didn't snap out of this weak spell, tomorrow morning would not bring you the comfort of waking up next to him.
You seemed to run faster the more that determined glint in your eyes shone. Aching feet didn't seem to stop and they wouldn't even if you wanted them too. Your mind was set.
You would not,
could not
lose him.
Rounding a corner and shoving the people who stood in your way aside, you came up upon an abandoned building...spotting the back of a man with black strands. Levi. It had to be.
Without a second thought, you forced your way to the doors and after them.
Ha, and he thought he could get rid of you easily.
You were able to catch your breath as you wormed your way past the entrance. It was rather dark in this place...hard to see everything around you..but you followed the patter of their footsteps so you could track them down.
“Are you ready, Levi?” Erwin's voice boomed, confusion forming a knot in your gut.
“Yea..”
“Okay, Hanji! We're ready!” You could hear the click of machinery as the gears began to rotate and just as you peeked over the corner, you noticed a film of light in the middle of a giant circle.
Erwin stepped near the strange, alien like machine and with a heavy sigh, he spoke. “I'm sorry about everything with {Name}...but you know it is what we have to do.”
Levi averted his gaze, not wanting to speak about it. He was losing you but in a different way than dying.
It hurt worse than losing you to the grip of death...because you were breathing and living...He could see you and feel you if it wasn't for this damn machine. Then again, he couldn't because he would have never met you.
But fate was cruel.
It wouldn't even let him be with you. You were alive in another world, away from him. It was just impossible.
“Let's go, Erwin.”
In a flash, Erwin vanished into the portal-thing, a voice that sounded like a woman underwater called out for Levi to come next but you were quick.
“H-Hey!”
Porcelain fingers gripped his shirt just as half of him was through and suddenly...
Your vision went black.

He sat himself on the side of her bed, and ran his fingers through his hair, starting his usual tirade about the most annoying man in his entire life, Jean Kirstein-Horseface.

Rivaille x Reader
You stood between the wall and Rivaille as he was right in front of you, his hand ever so slightly moved its way to the wall beside your head.
"Don't you want to close your eyes?" he said as a whisper to not let the other cadets to hear.
You looked to the side trying to control your blush as you felt him slowly lean close to you
"P-Please wait, corporal..." still looking to the side you blushed even more as he was just one inch away from your face, you could feel his breath rush towards your lips, trying to back more into the wall if it was possible you were still embarrassed at the thought if someone would walk in and c
